As there are limited seats for each concurrent session, you are encouraged to register early so that you may be assigned to your preferred concurrent sessions.

Before you begin, please be advised of the following:

1. For each concurrent session slot, you are required to select your top three preferred sessions.
2. The seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and we will not be able to admit any participants once the sessions are full.
3. The closing date to register your seats at the concurrent sessions is 5 October 2009, Monday at 2359 hrs.
4. Confirmation of your seats will be sent to you via email by 31 October 2009.
