Pre-requisites

• The discount scheme of 10% is the basic tier privilege and is made available for all holders of the Zingrill Preferred Account Card; there will be times where members may receive a higher tier of discount; but as indicative here, these are membership privileges, not entitlements
• Depending on promotions indicated, there are occasions where the card discount cannot be used in conjunction with other in-store promotions; occasionally do check with the Restaurant Manager on the validity of using the membership with in-store promotions or catering promotions
• The Preferred card may look similar but exact different privileges for our Zingrill Corporate Account Card which is designed for companies and institutions
• Though the card is not transferable, the Restaurant Manager will only recognise the holder of the card as the rightful owner. If your card is lost, do quickly inform us at kyikyi@zingrill.com.sg. There will be a $10 charge for replacement of the card.
• The preferred card will NOT be able to generate loyalty points for each consumption transaction; Zingrill Holdings had decided that there will be other better methods to rewards our customers than through loyalty points system (see below)
• Regardless if there is a valid discount which the holder can take advantage of, it is a pre-requisite for the Restaurant Manager to swipe the preferred card; this is to enable us to collate your consumption data. You could be our best 100 customers and we will reward accordingly overtime; we will install surprise deal for the lucky customer who swipe the card.
