| Spend $70 at any of our restaurants and keep the receipt; then apply the card online. You will receive a confirmation email from us right after the submission. Print out the confirmation email. |

| Collect your “MY PREFERRED CARD” at any of our restaurants by presenting your confirmation email print-out and your $70 receipt. |

How to Activate
MY PREFERRED CARD? |

After collecting your card, kindly log in via your email address and NRIC number, or, click the link on the confirmation email to activate your card;
Then Click ‘Card Number and Activation Code’ button to key in your Card number and Activation code. These are found at the back of your ‘MY PREFERRED CARD’ |
